Hiyaa (: I don’t think I can answer as Kate, but I’m a teenage actress and I was in a few independent movies and some guest roles in TV shows, and I can tell you that it takes definite time and concentration to get down and know your lines. For TV, they give you your text and the scene before yours. You just sit alone and get to it, recite it out loud, or have someone read the other parts. For long paragraphs, you have to take it little by little.

I have small roles most times with limited lines, but for plays I’ve been in that’s what I do. You have to make time to memorize your lines, usually right before I go to bed I do it.

Anyway, to the point, I am a 15 yr old Aussie, I have high aspirations, I would love to get into med school and become a paediatric surgeon and then to travel to third world countries and tender to the needs of the children, that is my ultimate dream in life; however, at times, I see it hard to be hopeful. But please be honest, don’t you sometimes wish your old life back? When nobody knows you on the street and nobody wants a picture of you? Without the paparazzi and without magazines which are telling you you would be to skinny or to fat? A normal life?

I’ve been re-watching Grey’s from the beginning, and am about mid season 3. Watching the season 8 premiere, I couldn’t help thinking how much it’s changed since those early seasons. Which got me wondering — 
Part 1: If Addison were still working at Seattle Grace, what do you think she would be doing now? What kind of relationships do you think she’d have with the other characters? (For example, it would have been interesting to see what the dynamic between she and Meredith would have progressed to — or not — at this point).
Part 2: When Addison left Seattle, was/is there anything more you would have liked to see her do or say before departing? 

I think Addison is one of the greatest, most dimensional and human characters on TV. I know you people always credit great writing, but no one could have brought her to life like you do!
